The RegTech company DHC Business Solutions with locations in Saarbrücken and Rzeszów offers software solutions for the digitization and automation of quality and compliance processes as well as for the establishment of Integrated Management Systems (IMS). DHC VISION’s modular software solutions (from audit management to certification) are user-friendly, offer maximum security and provide the transparency needed to keep track of the multitude of compliance requirements and support efficient, regulated management. In addition, the portfolio includes consulting services, managed services and training.

Dr. Rudi Herterich
Born in Aschaffenburg in 1957, studied materials science, specializing in glass / ceramics at the University of Erlangen/Nuremberg, business administration at the RWTH Aachen and doctorate at the Institute for Business Informatics at Saarland University in the field of process-oriented, decentralized production control. Project manager of “CAPISCE”, in which the industry solution PP-PI was developed together with SAP AG. 1996 Foundation of DHC Dr. Herterich & Consultants GmbH in Saarbrücken. 1998 Foundation of DHC AG in Switzerland (Zurich). 2011 Foundation of DHC Business Solutions GmbH & Co. KG.
Dr. Wolfgang Kraemer
Born in Stuttgart in 1962, studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Karlsruhe and received his doctorate from the Institute of Business Informatics at Saarland University on the use of artificial intelligence in accounting. This was followed by professional positions in consulting on efficient cost management and offshore development in India of SAP-based solutions. Founded in 1997 as an EdTech start-up, he and other co-partners built IMC AG into a leading global provider of digital learning solutions. Here he served as CEO until 2014. He continues to be associated with IMC AG as a shareholder. For DHC Business Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, which was founded in 2011 as a RegTech start-up, he has been responsible for the company’s development as a member of the shareholder team since 2014. In addition, Dr. Kraemer supports the digital transformation of growth companies as a member of the Supervisory Board.
