Consulting
Acting as the key link between our customers and our company, our experienced consultants ensure project success and support the development team in continuously enhancing our DHC VISION software.
They plan and coordinate projects in close collaboration with our customers and solution sales team. Their strong analytical skills and in-depth understanding of processes from the customer’s perspective are built through extensive project experience.
Following the implementation of our software, our consultants support customers’ key users and identify opportunities for further enhancements.
Our experienced software developers create new use cases for DHC VISION and optimise existing modules in line with the Solution Manager’s requirements. As part of quality assurance, they document their work, apply agile methods, and actively contribute to the design of software architectures and IT solutions.
They also support the service team with error analysis and help develop concepts relating to the customer journey, GxP-relevant quality processes, big data, and analytics.
