Südzucker AG relies on DHC Business Solutions for quality management

19. September 2014

As Europe’s largest sugar producer, Südzucker AG (Mannheim) must comply with a wide range of international standards and regulations. In addition, certain business units require IPEC GMP compliance.

The documents required for this must be managed effectively. Furthermore, the necessary evidence must be provided on an ongoing basis in audits.

In a detailed selection process, Südzucker AG has chosen the integrated management system software for process and quality management as well as governance, risk & compliance (GRC) “DHC VISION” from DHC Business Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Saarbrücken. For Südzucker AG, the high level of fulfillment of the requirements as well as its user-friendliness were decisive for selecting DHC VISION.

In an initial project phase, the existing document management solution will be replaced by the DHC VISION Document & Training Manager. This applies both to group-wide documents and to documents for individual production sites. Südzucker AG expects the greatest benefit in the future from the central management of all documents and the tracking of measures in one system.

After a test and validation phase, the first roll-out in selected production facilities is already planned for the next few months, before other QM-relevant areas within Südzucker AG will use the DHC VISION system next year.
